Butcher day Workshop

Learn how to humanely harvest meat chickens in this 2 hour hands-on workshop.  We provide the knowledge, chickens, and tools. Pair this workshop with our Meat Birds 101 class and you will learn everything you need to know about raising and harvesting meat chickens. Participants will leave with a fresh chicken (estimates weight 5 pounds) cost included in the session fee. Choose 1 session time; sessions limited to 3 people.
